We participated for three years...
What is Design On A Dime?  Design On A Dime is one of NYC's most festive, well-attended and biggest fundraisers within the design community. 60 designers create room vignettes after procuring all donated wares and these creative spaces are showcased side by side at this expansive Metropolitan Pavilion then all goes on view, then on sale for Housingwork's charity!

It takes months to plan and only a few hours for all the items to sell at this festive evening; part show house, part charity sale for Housingworks.  In a nutshell, 60 designers are invited then given a 10X12 space with three walls, we have creative license to whip up whatever we desire.  The caveat is we are required reach out to the design community to procure all donated items.  After our hard work the event is open to the press and VIP design community, served champagne and then the velvet ropes comes off and the items start flying off the shelves with proceeds going to this very worthwhile cause.
