1. Mercer House- Bay and Beyond from Hook Pond to the Ocean designed by renowned architect Robert A.M. Stern who struck the perfect balance of traditional design in a modern vision. In this home he created a modern masterpiece and helped to revive the Shingle Style that is prevalent in East Hampton and the entire East End of Long Island. The Mercer House (circa 1973-1975) boasts views, salty air and well-appointed spaces with lots of light.
2. Dowager Inn- A South of the Highway gem is located on beautiful David's Lane set in East Hampton Village. This home was originally inspired by the local inns of East Hampton, and showcases the look and feel of many of the local, historic homes and designed in a warm and inviting manner. Showcasing a bygone era yet in a modern lifestyle-- the home shows a sense of humor and is perfect for entertaining with "The Gossip Pit" and "Gentlemen's Bar".
3. Views of Napeague Bay- Stunning Amagansett Home connecting four Barns with modern architecture and four barns coming together in a gorgeous modern package with views of the Bay. Dramatic sculptures greet guests at the entry inviting to explore this modern take on an iconic East End barn.
4. By The Bay- A Detailed Federal-Style House by nationally recognized interior designer, Marshall Watson who shares his own home with the East Hampton Historical Society this year. 5. Millhouse- Modern Design Channeling A Classic Potato Barn taps into the area's Agrarian roots and plays on the shape of the simple shingled structure, an enduring East End vernacular with minimalism at heart. Located in the East Hampton Village, The goal was to reuse and recycle as much as possible from the existing structure and with modern updates, and the end result-- an expansive, dramatic, and light-filled contemporary home.
