Hampton Designer Showhouse Sneak Peeks, Part I

Spotting Stellar Design
at the 2015 Hampton Designer Showhouse
The annual showhouse kicks off month-long festivities  tomorrow evening Saturday, July 25.  This festive cocktail party is a chance for the community and designers to come together and celebrate the hard work and talent hailing from all over the globe while transforming this brand new home in Bridgehampton.  This year, each room is unique and the rooms have personality, yet the overall thread from room to room is a feeling of  glamour, classic design with unusual twists, layering of textures and all the while inspiring living and entertaining in the East End of Long Island with panache!
Please Purchase tickets here to the gala. The showhouse is sponsored by Traditional Home magazine and benefits Southampton Hospital
Take a look at a few of our favorites...

We are welcomed by Elissa Grayer's stylish foyer
chock-filled with lovely details. Elissa's vignette brings you into the home encouraging to look closer!

Scot Meacham Wood's
Camp Citron demonstrates a beautiful medley of color and textures together in a small space that somehow makes it appear larger then it is.  He creates a welcoming Americana
aesthetic that makes you yearn for summer all year long.
Denise McGaha
designs a beautiful bedroom complete with unexpected, one of a kind pieces.  We love the art wall and shell ensconced chest and other beach-inspired pieces, all anchored with moody green tortoise shell wallpaper from Schumacher.  We are smitten!
 Barbara Page's
dining room embodies classic Hampton design while showing the glamorous side of living here with nods to the history of Southampton's sophisticated weekend entertaining. We like how Barbara adds the unexpected with a lucite legged bench, teal grasscloth from Phillip Jeffries and a golden orb chandelier from Circa Lighting to complete the space.
“The dining room is inspired by my memories of classic Southampton- the iconic images of grand windblown estates.  Ocean and privet hedges were translated in the color palette of blues accented with green.”
"Southsides and an elegant dinner with friends or a casual Sunday supper with family, the room lends itself to today’s Hampton entertaining.”
-Barbara Page

Robert Brown's Library brings elegant design together through a genius use of black, brown and ecru color, lovely art, exquisite furniture and layering rich fabrics.
Happy Nesting
XO Tamara
