Stuff you may want to know about Viyet:
Viyet offers online access to name brands that are generally only available in showrooms, and at a 50% - 80% off retail, and with a quick 1-2 week lead time.  I am certain both the consumer and the designer find this appealing in this competitive market. There is quite the buzz around town about them, and seems everyone loves that they offer designer brand furnishings, some vintage, in this easy and affordable format.

The company just moved their headquarters into new digs in the fashionable neighborhood of Soho, and I recently visited the design team in their new location. The design team has many exciting projects in the works.  Additionally, their easy-to-use format with well sourced items explains why Viyet is quickly becoming the go-to destination for interior designers, and it is no surprise they have a large, loyal following from the community. This prompted the company to roll out a brand new Designer Trade Program in order to collaborate even more with designers.
Special offerings for designers:
Viyet's Trade Program offers an additional 15% off their already discounted prices, with dedicated customer service, as well as opportunities to showcase projects on their site with curated virtual showrooms, as well as frequent offers to be celebrated and featured on their wide-reaching network throughout social media. They are working on even more perks, such as offering designers sneak peeks of items before they are released, so stay tuned!

I am grateful to have been gifted three lovely items from Viyet for my dining room design at next week's fundraiser for Housingworks called Design On A Dime, taking place on April 24 from 6:30-9:30
in New York City's Metropolitan Pavilion in New York City.  I will be showcasing my French-inspired dining room in a 12X10 room vignette, along with 60 other talented interior designers who will create room vignettes as well.  Viyet donated two oversized, beautiful green jars to my space.  I plan to use them as vases to hold large white hydrangea in the center of my French-inspired dining room table. These vintage jars were once used by James Huniford to stylize a gorgeous room at the infamous Manhattan House.   Secondly, they gave me a mustard-yellow slatted wood art piece, holding a lovely patina.  It reminds me of the many items I spotted last week in Milan at the Salone Del Mobile Italian furniture show, and I plan to hang it amongst other art along a gallery wall.  Check out more images on my pin board showcasing designs to be featured in my room at
