UNDER THE PERGOLA column: Nest by Tamara's Top 5 Console Tables For Summer Entertaining!

What Do We All Need During A Busy
Summer of Cooking & Entertaining?
A Fantastic Console Table To Make Our Lives Easier...

Our Favorite Top Five Console Tables...
I hope you are savoring those summer tomatoes this season, with a pinch of salt and fresh picked garden basil then drizzled with a touch of olive oil! With summer entertaining in full throttle, there just never seems enough narrow side tables in a home to offer up options for that extra platter of food or to display our dessert offerings.  The console table is an overlooked, yet valuable piece of furniture in the home.  It is a table that can serve multi-purposes when needed, maybe a drink caddie or bar cart, or perhaps a place to store our collections.  We long for tables that can carry their own (style wise) when not offering a utilitarian purpose.  This is a tall order, but we have done our homework and today we offer up our top five favorite console tables.  These beauties would look fantastic in a foyer, hallway or equally stunning as a side table in a dining room or kitchen.  Not to mention they may just be the most fun place to create vignettes and display together  flowers, books and favorite objects.  These consoles are works of art on their own with their unusual adornments, shapes and materials. Take a look...

Happy Nesting
XO Tamara

1. Bernhardt's Soho Luxe has that "cool factor" we are after.  Just narrow enough to use in a small entryway area, this table can certainly multi-task with great style! It has a polished stainless steel frame with tempered glass and acrylic posts.

2. Bruce by Bradley USA is stylish and modern

in Coffee Bean finish on Walnut with satin brass accents
and would be just at home in an entry way as in a stunning dining room!

3. We first spotted this beauty at Maison Objet in Paris, and it stopped us in our tracks.  It is a contemporary table, ARDARA by BRABBU has a golden finish in gold leaf, and a peaceful aesthetic that feels very "Zen"
4.  I have written about this console table before from Holly Hunt, the Trailoin Classic Table/Desk with rope encrusted detailed is created by artist Christian Astuguevielle, and would make the perfect beach house addition.

5.  From their very first collection of furniture, Made Goods keeps producing great pieces.  The Peter Console has a concrete studded top on a wrought iron base, and we think it's gorgeous!
