Flora & Fauna:
What We Love Today, Fashion Column:
5 Favorite Garden Party Clutches

This week we put the final touches on our new home textile collection, botanica (nine new floral patterns) with root cellar designs.  the very next day, I opened Harper's Bazaar to this photo shoot in the English countryside showing a bounty of florals.  We all know the home and fashion industries take cues from one another, and today florals are exploding on both fronts.  I have always loved botanicals on printed textiles for the home, and when we designed this collection we wanted to bring a freshness to floral designs.  We look forward to seeing these on drapery, upholstered on furniture, and we are happy to note clients have already whipped up a few designs using some of these patterns.
The Harper's Bazaar story got me dreaming of summer and garden parties, and well, evening clutches.  The romantic setting in the magazine feels well timed.  Florals have never felt so fresh in fashion as they do today, and although inspired by classic design this season's floral dresses and pants/tops feel oh, so modern. With summer on the horizon, these evening bags will come in handy to accompany the floral designs we will don at summer garden parties on the horizon.  Check out our top favorite flora & fauna bags for Summer 2018.
