New, Favorite Design Shop in the Hamptons, Summer 2018

Hailing from the Philippines, Blue Carreon brings his fashion, interior design and journalistic background together with his fastidious eye in the newly opened Blue Carreon Home located in the pretty Red Horse Plaza in Wainscott.  The boutique showcases an eclectic array of furnishings, accessories and decorative objects all handcrafted from artisans around the world.  The line designed by Blue Carreon himself shows timeless design coming together with natural materials such as stone, shell, shagreen and brass. I just love the brass lobsters, which perched on plates make for a gorgeous dinner table!  

Although a flagship boutique in the Philippines, an online shop at bluecarreonhome.com, and a curated collection at Bergdorf Goodman, this is the first shop of its kind in the States.  It's wonderful to see all these beautiful items together in one cozy, colorful shop, and the wares certainly work swimmingly with the casual, yet chic East End lifestyle.  It's also noteworthy for interior designers, that Blue Carreon wares are also sold directly to the trade! 

Blue Carreon is also the author of the Conversations: Up Close and Personal with Icons of Fashion, Interior Design, and Art where he interviewed many stylemaker, artists and designers.  Please find Conversation Here
