It feels wonderful to be back with our community celebrating design, and giving back to a worthy cause.  This is the third time our fabric and wallpaper company root cellar designs has participated in raising funds for breast cancer research.  This time, Iris Dankner of Holiday House created a tabletop event inviting select interior designers to create designs throughout the property of the historic home and property, Topping Rose House in Bridgehampton, Long Island.  We were thrilled to be given the "barn" space for our table.  The exposed wood and vaulted ceiling was the perfect venue for us to create a quintessential Summer Table in the Hamptons.

To create a special, bespoke table design, we utilized  a vintage brass and glass faux bois bamboo bar cart, antique Italian-inlaid carved mahogany chairs and a cobalt blue ceramic garden bench.  We then whipped up four custom colored fabric designs printed on our linen/cotton textile and created a tablecloth, dinner napkins, cocktail coaster, tea towel, seat covers and lumbar pillows in a variety of blue, black and white tones. Caskata Artisinal Home offered up their unique table collections (from glassware to plates).  Please note so many beautiful tables at the event- see below.  I hope this gives you lots of fodder for the rest of your summer entertaining.
