Hosted in the historic Maidstone Club in East Hampton, this year's Luncheon promises an interesting conversation with Jacqueline Terrebonne of Galerie Magazine who will moderate a discussion about art with industry insiders, Eleanor Acquavella, Meredith Darrow and David Netto- The Fine Art of Collection: The Thrill of the Find.

ABOUT JACQUELINE TERREBONNE- She has served as Galerie editor in chief since 2018, after originally joining the team as design editor in 2016. Her varied artistic interests and deep sense of curiosity inform the diverse and eclectic mix of design, fashion, and visual arts in every issue of the magazine. She has also written seven books on design and architecture with talents including Jeffrey Bilhuber, Richard Mishaan, Stewart Manger, and most recently the firm Magni Kalman. Prior to her role at Galerie, she held positions at Architectural Digest, Gourmet, and Martha Stewart Living.
ABOUT ELEANOR ACQUAVELLA
Eleanor Acquavella is a director and co-owner of Acquavella Galleries, which was founded by her grandfather in the early 1920s. Today, Eleanor runs the gallery with her father, William Acquavella and her brothers, Nicholas and Alexander Acquavella. Specializing in the masters of the 19th and 20th centuries, Acquavella Galleries deals in Impressionist, Modern, and Contemporary art. For over one hundred years, the gallery has sold major paintings and sculpture to private collectors and museums worldwide, in addition to presenting museum-quality exhibitions. With almost thirty years of experience, Eleanor has extensive knowledge of the international art market, and she helps to manage the gallery’s purchases, sales, consignments, exhibitions, and art fairs. Eleanor worked at Sotheby’s before joining the gallery in 1997. She holds a B.A. in Art History from Denison University. Since 2013 she has served on the Board of Trustees of the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture and currently serves as the Chairman of the Board. She is member of the board of FAPE and co-chair of the FAPE Circle which was established in 2014 to create and implement recruitment and retention programs to increase and retain membership for the Foundation for Art and Preservation in Embassies. She currently lives in New York City with her husband, Morgan, and their two children.
ABOUT MEREDITH DARROW
Meredith Darrow is the Founder and Principal of Darrow Contemporary, an art advisory firm specializing in developing significant collections of post-war and contemporary art. Since establishing the firm in 2009, she has advised many of the country's leading collectors, philanthropists, family offices, and cultural patrons, shaping collections for private residences, foundations, and institutions.With more than two decades of experience in the contemporary art market, Meredith is known for her thoughtful counsel, deep market expertise, strategic dealmaking, and extensive global network. Her practice encompasses acquisitions, collection strategy, artist commissions, deaccessioning, estate planning, and the long-term stewardship of complex collections, working closely with leading galleries, artists, auction houses, curators, and institutions worldwide. Before founding Darrow Contemporary, she held positions at internationally recognized galleries, developing expertise across both the primary and secondary markets. Meredith serves on the Aspen Art Museum National Council and is regularly featured in publications including The New York Times. Darrow Contemporary has been recognized by Vanity Fair, ARTnews, and Cultured Magazine as one of the industry's leading advisory practices. Meredith is based between New York, Los Angeles, and Aspen.
ABOUT DAVID NETTO
David Netto is a New York-based interior designer and writer. He has written on architecture and design for the The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Cabana, and other publications, and he currently writes the “Case Studies” column for Town & Country. He is the author of monographs on François Catroux and Stephen Sills, and most recently, authored a monograph on architect Rosario Candela. His interiors have appeared in Vogue, Elle Decor, Architectural Digest, House Beautiful, House & Garden, Town & Country, and Veranda. In 2023, a self-titled book representing 20 years of his own designs was published with Vendome.
