Host a Cookie Trading Party: Day 7 Countdown to Christmas Inspiration

a festive and easy party,
plus you'll have a wide assortment of
homemade Christmas Cookies
in your home through the holidays
My friend and neighbor Sharon in East Hampton has an annual Cookie Trading Party that is great fun.  Everyone arrives with a tray of their favorite, homemade Christmas Cookies.  The pretty array of cookies are laid out on the table and after soup, snacks, eggnog and champagne we assemble our very own box of cookies to take home, leaving with a cornucopia.
It's a fun and easy way to entertain in your home for the Holidays and include kids.
In addition, you make one type of cookie but have many homemade styles to nibble on through the season.
Miles getting ready to head over with our offerings

I hope this inspires you to host your very own neighborhood cookie sharing party.  Don't forget to give your guests festive holiday bags to carry their cookies home in style.

Happy Nesting
Happy Holidays
XO Tamara
